Shipping & Returns
Returns may be made by mail or in store. Return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase for store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping fees). All merchandise and packaging must be returned in its original condition (clothing must have tags still attached); online returns must include a copy of the packing slip.
Please note that all special orders and final sale items (e.g. strollers and accessories, high chairs, car seats, furniture, potty training seats) are non-returnable.

We ship anywhere inside the U.S. Most in-stock items will ship 24-48 hours of ordering. Please note that orders placed on Mondays when we are closed will not be received until Tuesday, and will therefore ship 24-48 hours after that time.
For those opting for in-store pickup or for special orders, we will contact you within 24 hours of ordering to determine an appropriate pick-up time.
