STORE MANAGER: 

Full time position, ideally Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday

Pay negotiable based on experience

Operations: 

  • Must be an effective communicator, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast paced retail store
  • Facilitate and lead all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client  experience, human resource management, loss prevention, merchandise management and presentation while simultaneously driving both associate and client engagement
  • Organization – Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, hold team accountable and follow-up on all in-store activities
  • Open/close the store independently
  • Inventory management
  • Take full ownership on all shifts
  • Co-own in store merchandising 
  • Own onboarding and consistent training of new employees
  • Thoroughly complete tasks - aiming to go above and beyond, being the eyes and ears of the store
    • Treat the store as if it is yours, thinking about client experience, profit margins, etc.

 Communication:

  • Confident and thorough in contacting clients via phone or email
  •  Ability to express and logically articulate point of view
  • Maintain regular contact with owner and peers to ensure any issues are solved as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Take ownership of client communication in store, via email and phone

Sales: 

  • Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive loyalty 
  • Capture client data. Cultivate new and existing client relationships. 
  • Partner in driving business by bringing new ideas and best practices from previous positions

Service: 

  • Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client
  • Demonstrate passion for the products via product knowledge and curated product bundling (baby showers, birthdays, christmas).

CUSTOMER LIAISON/KEY HOLDER

Part time position, must be available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-3)

Pay negotiable based on experience

Sales & Service

  • Serve as customer liaison taking ownership of the sales floor during all shifts
  • Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive loyalty
  • Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client
  • Demonstrate passion for the products via product knowledge and curated product bundling (baby showers, birthdays, christmas)
  • Fill in for store manager/owner when required

Operations: 

  • Independently open and close the store, ensuring sales floor is in excellent condition at start and end of each shift 
  • Everyone chips in with operations such as receiving, steaming, cleaning, sales orders, and merchandising
  • Interpret, follow and execute detailed instructions
